The Barbados Private Sector Association supports reducing the COVID-19 home isolation period from its current 10 days.
Chairman of the BPSA, Trisha Tannis, tells Starcom Network News that she supports the plan for further relaxation of the covid-19 directives as indicated recently by health officials.
Starcom Network News understands that a shortening of the isolation period is likely to be one of the changes, and Mrs.Tannis thinks that would be a good idea.
She says the recent spike in cases has taken a toll on businesses due to the loss of manpower as a result of the mandatory ten-day isolation period for those people who test positive.
