Emergency Services Trying to Rescue Man from Well

The Fire and Police Services are on the scene at St. David’s, Christ Church where an effort is underway to rescue a man from a well.

The police say they received a call just before 6 30 pm from the man who said he had been walking in the area of the Blackman and Gollop School when two men tried to rob him.

He ran away and plunged into the well while trying escape the would-be robbers.
The man had his cellphone on him and used it to contact the police.
