Cultural Ambassador Dr. Anthony “The Mighty Gabby” Carter, has defended the addition of a bashment soca category to the National Cultural Foundation’s junior soca monarch competition.

There has been a public outcry in some circles against the move, but speaking on VOB’s Fireworks Crop Over program Gabby disagreed with the criticism.
