Legislation to decriminalise vending
Government today went to parliament with a bill to decriminalise and regulate vending. Minister of Energy, Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Kerrie Symmonds, says the aim is to dismantle a more than three hundred year old post-slavery hangover by decriminalising what he calls working class commercial enterprise.
