The President of the Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners is convinced that the UK strain of the COVID-19 virus is now the more dominant of the virus in the country.
In making her assessment, she said the attack rate, meaning the number of people being infected by a single person, is on the increase.
Dr. Williams fears this could increase the covid-19 death rate.
