Man remanded on ammo, firearm charges

Twenty-eight-year-old Dymond Ramone Nurse, of Cumberbatch Road, Fairfield, St. Michael was remanded to Dodds prison after appearing in court on firearm and ammunition charges.

He was charged with possession of a firearm without a valid licence and possession of ammunition.

His arrest stems from a police operation last Friday at Lemon Arbor, St John.

Nurse appeared at the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court before Acting Magistrate Joy-Ann Clarke. He was not required to plead to the indictable offence and was remanded to return on December 1, 2020.
