Barbados to offer long-term stays to remote workers

Barbados has announced a new plan to grant long-stay to visitors to live in Barbados and work from home for up to year.

The plan outlined by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley in a live interview on UK’s Sky TV, is inviting Britons who are working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic to relocate to Barbados and do so from here instead, under what’s being called the Barbados welcome stamp.
