Two men were injured, one of them critically, in a head-on collision between a truck and a car at Boarded Hall, St. George.

Both drivers had to be freed by the fire service. One driver suffered significant injuries including suspected skull fractures, abdominal injuries, and a fractured leg.

The driver of the truck suffered an injury to his leg.
