Police probe shooting death at Pioneer Road

A young man has been shot dead at Pioneer Road, Bush Hall, St. Michael. Starcom Network News understands the victim was shot twice in the abdomen around 7 45pm. An ambulance was summoned, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police also report a separate shooting incident, which occurred around 7 pm at Country Road, St. Michael.

Lawmen said a number of men were reportedly liming outside of a residence in the area, when they were reportedly attacked by a group of men wearing masks.

Two men were injured and were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private vehicles.
