Police responded to the area of Long Bay Beach, St Philip near Sam Lord’s Castle where it was reported that an unresponsive male had been pulled from the water.
On their arrival along with ambulance personnel, a check was made of the body which showed no sign of life. A medical doctor was summoned to the scene and pronounced the victim dead.
