The Managing Director of automotive repair company, Transtech, Lloyd Brathwaite, was today called before the Public Accounts Committee of parliament to explain alleged discrepancies highlighted by the Auditor General in relation to the company’s invoicing of the state-run Transport Board.

The committee chaired by Opposition Leader Bishop Joseph Atherley sought explanations about the billing issues from Mr. Brathwaite who was accompanied by Attorney- at- law and Former Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite.

Minister in the ministry of Economic Affairs Marsha Caddle, as well as the Opposition Leader, requested details of the transactions.

Bishop Atherley t informed Mr. Brathwaite of the Committee’s desire to examine the matter further and to seek information from other officers of the company.
