BAS wants lower water rates for farmers

Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Agricultural Society, James Paul, is hoping for some relief in the high water costs farmers face, in this afternoon’s Budget presentation by Prime Minister, Mia Amor Mottley.

Mr. Paul tells Starcom Network News this is one of, if not the major cost, that is crippling some farmers.
