The Police are seeking the assistance of the public to locate a missing elderly man. Missing is 76 year old Decoursey Emanuel Douglas of Culloden Road St. Michael.
He was last seen by his niece at around 11:30 am on Tuesday, at Culloden Road St. Michael boarding the City Circle bus.
At the time he was wearing a long black dress pants, a short sleeved blue, grey, and plaid shirt, multicoloured sneakers, and a gold coloured watch.
Douglas is described as 5 feet and 7 inches tall, slim, with short grey hair and a clean shaven face. He speaks with an English accent, and has a full set of dentures.
Anyone with information relative to the whereabouts of Decoursey Emanuel Douglas is asked to contact the Police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800 –TIPS.
