General Manager of the Barbados Trust Loan Fund Unit, Jerry Amos says work is being done to ensure that those enrolled in the Transport Augmentation Programme, receive the necessary training to develop their businesses.

Speaking in the wake of comments made by former Transport Board drivers, who formed a cooperative to operate their own buses; who said their biggest challenge sourcing funds to buy vehicles.

Mr. Amos acknowledged that though the funds given to the operators will not be enough, they are willing to give as much assistance as possible.
