Child’s rights advocate Dr. Marsha Hinds-Myrie doesn’t believe the report on the Government Industrial School adequately addresses the shortcomings in the juvenile justice system.
She notes the changes proposed for the GIS but sees a need for a different type of care and rehabilitation option.
