Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is this afternoon meeting with members of the entertainment sector following their plea for Government to lift the curfew and other restrictions on the entertainment sector.
Last evening members of the sector in a joint declaration made their position clear that they want to resume business and described the restrictions imposed since March 2020 as unrealistic and discriminatory.
Head of the Barbados Association of Creatives and Artistes Sean “Apache” Carter said as a result, Government responded to their statement, and members of the sector will get a listening ear from the Prime Minister today.
