Minister of Labour and Social Partnership Relations, Colin Jordan warns that while he believes Barbadians should get vaccinated there is currently no legislation that requires workers to do so. He also cautions that some actions being taken might even be against the law.

He was speaking in response to mandates issued by at least two companies requiring their staff to get vaccinated against covid-19.

Mr. Jordan urges employers to have dialogue with their staff  rather than using what he called bullying tactics.
