Residents of White Hill, St. Andrew say the lack of running water to the area hampered their efforts to battle a blaze that destroyed a home and damaged a neighbouring barber shop.

A family of three was left homeless.

Three people lived in the house at White Hill, including Keisha Tyson, who was devastated.
