Classes have been suspended at the Princess Margaret Secondary School due to a reported COVID-19 case at that institution.

Starcom Network News was able to confirm the development and the Ministry of Health is expected to issue a statement on the matter later today.

When contacted, President of the Barbados Union of Teachers, Pedro Shepherd, declined comment of that situation, but repeated the union’s concerns about  resuming face to face classes at a time when there is still community spread in Barbados.
