Barbados’ first converted electric-powered bus is now out of operation after it was vandalized by two boys.

One of Endless Electric’s business partners Ralph ‘Bizzy’ Williams, says this is the second time the bus was damaged by the two boys in less than two weeks.

Endless Electric is the company which converted the old Transport Board diesel bus to electric powered.

Mr. Williams explained to Starcom Network News that the bus was parked and charging at a facility at Lears, St. Michael, when the boys threw rocks and broke the windshield.

Mr. Williams described the incident as lawless and said the company will be pressing charges.
