The Barbados Employers Confederation issued a statement on the series of severance payments disputes at several tourism related businesses. Executive Director, Sheena Mayers Granville, said she is urging employers to communicate better with their staff but also cautioning employees that they need to have realistic expectations of what businesses can afford.
