Integrity Bill not passed

The Integrity in Public Life Bill (2020) was defeated in The Senate earlier today. It did not gain the required two-third votes needed for it to be passed. Ten Government Senators voted in favor and there were two abstentions by independent senators. Clerk of Parliament, Pedro Eastmond.
