Government monitoring levels of certain chemicals in recently imported alternative packaging

Minister of Commerce Dwight Sutherland says Government is monitoring the levels of certain chemicals in some of the alternative packaging imported following the ban on single-use plastics.

He says some products contain a chemical called fluorine.

He says a decision has to be made about these products.
