PRIME MINISTER MIA MOTTLEY LOOKING FOR FULL ECONOMIC RECOVERY IN SIX YEARS.

Barbados Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley delivering her first full budget said the government cannot rebuilding in ten months what was destroyed over the course of ten years and indicated the aim was for a full economic rebound by 2025.

She outlined the progress made so far such as the recovery of the foreign reserves, the renegotiating of domestic debt and government contracts and the end of financing the deficit by the central bank printing money.
