St. Thomas man charged for chopping to death one of his neighbours.

A St. Thomas man has been charged with the murder of one of his neighbours. Forty seven year old  Lloyd Leacock of Clifton Hill, St. Thomas is alleged to have chopped to death Patrick Barker  sometime between February 12th and 13th. The accused was scheduled to appear at the District D court sometime today.

Government launching Vision 2020 and “The Gathering”.
