Drought period ahead for Barbados.

Weather experts say Barbados is headed into about a three-month period of drought but it’s not expected to be as severe as the dry spell three to four years ago.

This is according to the latest bulletin issued by the Barbados-based Caribbean Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology. Climatologist Dr. Cedric Van Meerbeeck tells Starcom Network News that the annual dry season will be drier than usual.
