A public service vehicle operator was immediately re-arrested after being granted bail during a court appearance on a long list of charges today.

Paul Alleyne alias “Bashment Monkey” pleaded not guilty to 9 charges connected to an incident at the Transtech Complex at Kendall Hill, Christ Church last weekend.

A video of the incident went viral on social media capturing a melee in which two men were attacked with a hammer and a PSV van smashed through the locked gates of the complex after the rear of the vehicle was lifted into the air using a forklift.

Alleyne was granted bail in the amount of $7,500 with one surety but remains in police custody as he was rearrested for other criminal matters as soon as he exited the court.
