Massy Stores has reportedly cut staff amid a pandemic induced economic downturn.
Starcom Network News understands that temporary staff has been laid off spanning a range of categories from supervisors to merchandisers and check out workers across all branches of the supermarket chain.
Some other employees have been asked to take vacation leave or be laid off for two weeks.
