The Chairman of the Association of Public Transport Owners, Anwar Nana, has strongly condemned the driving behavior of a PSV operator captured in a viral video and urges the authorities to swiftly deal with the offender.
Mr. Nana was reacting to a video that has been making the rounds on social media over the last couple of days showing a privately-owned bus recklessly speeding through traffic in order to overtake another public service vehicle, while narrowly avoiding a collision with un-coming traffic.
