The late Walter Blackman who was one of the moderators on VOB’s Down to Brasstacks call-in program.

Mr. Blackman, who was an actuary by profession, passed away today in Atlanta in the USA.

As the new of Mr. Blackman’s passing spread the Brasstacks program received a flood of calls and Whatsapp messages with tributes and expressions of condolence, and moderator Dr. Kristina Hinds shared her own sadness at what had transpired.
