An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 was felt in several Caribbean countries today.
The Trinidad-based Seismic Research Centre (SRC) of the St. Augustine campus of the University of the West Indies (UWI) says the quake occurred at 1.55 am at a depth of 125 kilometers and was centered 68 kilometers east north east of Kingstown, the St. Vincent, 85 kilometers south east of Castries in St. Lucia and 117 kilometers west north west of Bridgetown, Barbados.
The SRC said there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries in any of the islands.
The quake follows one with a magnitude of 3.5 two days earlier, which rattled the islands of Dominica, St. Lucia and Martinique.
