Barbados has recorded another road fatality, the 9th for the year so far.
Police say the accident occurred around 8:45 this morning along Coles Cave Road, St. Lucy in the vicinity of the Grape Hall Seventh Day Adventist Church.
It involved a vehicle and a bicyclist.
The vehicle and the bicyclist were travelling in opposite directions when the collision occurred.
The bicyclist was transported to the QEH by ambulance.
He later died while receiving medical treatment.
