The Barbados Alliance to End Homelessness wants the government to implement policies that will make it mandatory to remove homeless people with mental health challenges from the streets.
Speaking during a news conference at the Central Bank of Barbados, the President of the Alliance, Kemar Saffrey believes measures should be taken to institutionalize homeless people who pose a threat to themselves and others.
He offered the services of the alliance to help with rehabilitation.
