Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey, says he is awaiting a full report of the situation where four women were evicted from a guest house after the Welfare Department notified them that it would no longer be paying for their accommodation.
Mr. Humphrey was speaking on the sidelines of the launch of the Healthly Living Expo at ICBL this morning.
He says alternative locations are being sought for the families affected.
The Minister says his ministry will try to find affordable accommodation for the families.
