A 30 year old man died on his way to hospital after being shot at least three times at Silver Sands, Christ Church this morning.

Jamal Clarke of Bournes Land, Sayers Court, Silver Sands, was shot about his body along the roadway at Silver Sands, Christ Church.

He was being transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by his twin brother when he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on arrival.

A Silver Sands resident told Starcom Network she heard several shots.

The deceased was one of three children.

His sister spoke to Starcom Network News at the scene.

Starcom Network News understands the victim was well-known to law enforcement having previously been charged for murder and other offences.

A 52 year old man died in front his home in Brewster’s Road Barbarees Hill St. Michael this morning.

Starcom Network News understands Darren Neblett better known as Bugs died from a suspected asthma attack sometime around 1am.

His sister described him as a good guy who loved life.
