President of the Barbados Union of Teachers, Rudy Lovell, hints that staff at some schools may refuse to work unless environmental issues are fixed.
Mr. Lovell says the union supports the work stoppage by staff at the Ministry of Education yesterday which was over problems in the building that were making workers ill.
Workers at the ministry claim mould has been making some of them sick.
Mr. Lovell says the union is now consideration taken action at schools that also have environmental issues.
