A Member of Parliament is speaking out against what he calls violent and sexual lyrics that children are being exposed to.

Speaking during the House of Assembly M.P for Christ Church South, Ralph Thorne, appealed to artistes to produce more wholesome content.

He also condemned the exposure to what he believes is inappropriate music within the schools.
