Two more elderly people lost their battle with COVID-19 on Sunday, August 21.
They are a 74-year-old woman and a 77-year-old man, and their deaths have brought the number of casualties from the virus to 532.
Barbados recorded 118 new COVID-19 cases, 60 males and 58 females, from the 391 tests conducted on Sunday, August 21, by laboratories across the island.
The positive cases comprised 12 people under the age of 18, and 106 were 18 years and older.
There were 68 people in isolation facilities, while 2,452 were in home isolation.
