Health authorities confirm that a spike in cases here has led to a backlog in the issuing of covid-19 clearance certificates for those who had tested positive.
Government’s covid-19 public advisor, David Ellis, reports delays in processing the certificates that are needed by people looking to return to work.
He was speaking on Down to Brass Tacks.
He says people cannot go back to work without the clearance certificate but can leave home after ten days.
