Trinidadians back home

Trinidadians back home

The thirty-three Trinidadians who were stranded in Barbados for about three weeks, two of those weeks in quarantine, left Barbados today and are now back home in Trinidad and Tobago.

This morning Trinidad’s National Security Minister, Stuart Young granted an exemption to the group to allow them to return to the country, but the departure was delayed when they were told they had to be tested again before leaving Barbados. But those tests were later completed and ShamisoMcShine, the daughter of one of those in the group, tells our Tonisha Rock-Yaw the group is now back in Trinidad and are being quarantined there for another 14 days.
