Transport Board denies new electric bus has broken down

The Transport Board denies that one of its new electric buses has broken down, contrary to some reports circulated.
The Board’s chief operating officer Linda Holder tells Starcom Network News the driver stopped after being involved in a minor collision with another vehicle near the Haggatt Hall junction of the ABC Highway.
She says the other vehicle struck the Transport Board bus, causing only very minor damage but failed to stop.
The Transport Board driver, who had noted the license plate number of the other vehicle, pulled over and contacted the police and board officials.
