The demand for petrol, fuel oil and natural gas has plummeted during the six-week national shutdown, according to James Browne, Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados National Oil Company Group, which includes the Barbados National Terminal Company Ltd.
Mr. Browne who is also responsible for the National Petroleum Corporation says it’s the result of motorists travelling less and hotels and restaurants being closed.
