Four people off repatriation flight test positive for COVID-19

Four Barbadians who arrived home on a repatriation flight have tested positive for COVID-19. Minister of Health Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic made the announcement this afternoon during a news conference.
The JetBlue flight arrived from the United States yesterday, bringing home Barbadians who had been stranded there since the COVID-19 outbreak. A total of 110 people were on the flight.
The four Barbadians, 3 women, aged 53, 25, and 20, and a 39-year-old man are now in isolation at the Harrison Point facility.  One test is also pending.
Meanwhile, two of the four people who remained in isolation up to yesterday will be going home today after they were declared free of the virus. The 4 new cases bring the total number of cases recorded in Barbados to 96. Six people are currently in isolation.
