Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding this morning’s road fatality, the first for 2026 – that saw a passenger disembarking a 10 wheeler container truck crushed to death.
When Starcom Network News visited the scene, the driver sat on a wall at Kensington Oval in shock being consoled by work colleagues as the truck and the body of the man remained on the scene opposite the Esso Service Station.
Inspector Ryan Brathwaite gave initial details of the incident.
