DLP questions timing and purpose of new Social Empowerment Agency outpost.

The opposition Democratic Labour Party (DLP) is questioning the timing and purpose of the government’s new outpost of the Social Empowerment Agency (SEA).

The party’s spokesperson on Community Development and Social Welfare, attorney-at-law Simon Clarke, says he does not believe the SEA outpost at Six Roads, St. Philip, will address the challenges currently facing social empowerment in Barbados.
