The Barbados Police Service has launched an investigation into an aggravated burglary at a bar in St. George last night.
A widely circulated social media video shows at least three armed, masked men entering the establishment, pointing guns, and demanding money. At one point, one of the assailants slapped a woman who appeared to be asleep before the men took cash from a patron and fled.
The video, which is over a minute long, has been shared extensively across social platforms. Police have confirmed the incident is legitimate and say efforts are underway to locate the suspects.
