The relative of a Government MP charged with several firearm and criminal damage offenses has been remanded at Dodds until next week.
28-year-old Jarell Stefon Sutherland of Ellerton St. George appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes at the District A Criminal court this morning.
Sutherland was charged with the use of a firearm, 4 counts of endangering life, and 2 counts of criminal damage, which occurred on November 27th. He was not called upon to plead to the indictable offences.
Sutherland, who is represented by Attorney-at-law Ensley Grainger, has been remanded until December 15. His matter will be heard at the District “B” Court at Boarded Hall, St. George
