Teen Charged with Series of Criminal Deception Offences

The Barbados Police Service Financial Crime Investigations Unit has arrested and charged 19-year-old Raquan Ricardo Clarke of 6th Avenue North, Wildey, St. Michael, with multiple counts of criminal deception.

Police say the alleged victims are Peter Carter, Joseph Atherley, Gracelyn Wiles, Anne-Marie Persid, Janet Mullin, Jarvis Perry and Katrina Bend. The offences were reportedly committed in Central, Hastings-Worthing and District ‘A’ between May and October 2025.

The total value of property allegedly stolen is $32,979.00 Clarke is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court today.
