Long time catamaran owner shot in the face and robbed at his Maxwell, Christ Church residence

A gunman struck last night at Maxwell, Christ Church leaving a long-time Catamaran owner hospitalized from two gun shots and awaiting surgery.

Reports indicate the victim had just arrived home when he was approached, robbed and shot by the assailant.

When Starcom Network News visited the docks this morning, several tourists were already on board his vessel to tour the coast line and a fellow catamaran owner, while requesting anonymity, spoke about the ordeal.

The catamaran owner further spoke to the ongoing crime situation and said the incident had sparked even more caution across the sector relating to security.
