Drax Hall Man Charged Over Allegedly Sending Obscene Electronic Message

Police have charged 35-year-old Paul Kian Kemar Dear of Drax Hall, St. George, in connection with an electronic communication offence.

Between October 14th and November 7th, Dear is alleged to have used a computer to send an indecent or obscene message to a woman, with prosecutors saying he intended, or was reckless enough to cause, annoyance, distress, or anxiety.

He has been formally charged and is expected to appear before the court on March 6^th, having been released on $4000 bail.
